Job Description

As a Marketing Intern at CodeYodha, you’ll be the voice, vibe, and viral engine of our brand. This role isn’t just about posting on social media — it’s about creating narratives, launching campaigns, and building a magnetic presence that resonates with students, techies, and innovators alike.

You’ll work closely with the design, tech, and founder’s team to ideate, execute, and track campaigns that make CodeYodha the most exciting tech community in town (and beyond).


Key Responsibilities

  • Design and execute creative campaigns across platforms (Instagram, LinkedIn, WhatsApp, and more).
  • Create engaging content — posts, reels, blogs, emails, memes — that reflect our culture.
  • Track analytics and optimize content for reach and engagement.
  • Collaborate with design and ops teams to align messaging across all channels.
  • Be the spark behind community growth and campus presence.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Passion for marketing, branding, and storytelling.
  • Good command of tools like Canva, Instagram Insights, and Google Workspace.
  • Strong written communication and content creation skills.
  • A proactive mindset with an eye for trends and student pulse.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Prior experience handling social media pages or college fest campaigns.
  • Basic understanding of analytics tools (Meta Business Suite, Buffer, etc.).
  • Familiarity with SEO, newsletters, or influencer collaborations.
